Lunch will also be provided at the Cisco office in Melbourne\, level 11\, 101 Collins Street Melbourne. \nDuring the workshop\, attendees will engage in a guided self-assessment of their security capabilities\, providing a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth view of your current security posture. Each attendee will be given a comprehensive capability heatmap and details\, providing valuable insights into your strengths and areas for improvement across crucial security pillars. \nYou’ll leave with a clear\, actionable understanding of how your organisation measures up\, with tailored insights shared confidentially with each attendee. \nSecurity assessments are essential for measuring cybersecurity maturity. They help prioritise projects and set milestones by evaluating capabilities\, technology\, and risk management. Typically\, they focus on specific programs or projects rather than covering the full threat landscape. \nThis workshop will evaluate your security posture across four critical pillars: \n\nZero Trust\nSecurity Infrastructure\neXtended Detection and Response (XDR)\, and\nSecurity Operations to leverage an updated CISA Zero Trust Model.\n\nDuring the assessment workshop\, we will use tools to learn security resilience with zero-trust capabilities\, help assess your environment and analyse your roadmap for capabilities.
